Whew!
Haven’t scrapped for a long while. Materials unorganized. Tired from mommy and wifey duties. Pressed for time. Nevertheless, happy with the outcome. Looks a little girly though.

Finally the calendars are finished. I had a hard time selecting pictures as there weren’t much pictures available to begin with. Now I just need to have them printed, cut (as I put them in a 5×7 page so I need not give special instructions to the printer) and have them placed in CD cases. I just hope I can still find thick CD cases in the mall.

I scrapped…
… a new page. This is for the Week 3 contest of Philippine Digiscrappers Forum. And it’s my fastest scrap ever. Usually, it will take me several hours, to even days or weeks before I complete a page (and even eternity I think as I still have a few pages left unfinished hehe). This one took me about 2-3 hours. I wanted to do more with this page but I was so pressured with time. I submitted this 10 minutes before the deadline. A buzzer beater.
A little background on the challenge: Photos must based on action shots. They should be able to tell a story just by looking at them. No journaling. Title must convey the whole aspect of layout. Title limited to 4 words (ooops, mine is 5.). Must use 10 different elements. Bonus points if those elements will come from 5 different designers.
Here’s my buzzer beater layout:

Yeah, it’s one scary stunt. I never really allow him to go this far and this high. But for documentation purposes, I let him do it. I swear, it only took a few seconds.

Bought the items below during the Black Friday sale. I so never want to buy anymore scrapping stuff yet as I still have lots of unused kits, but I just had to buy. Though these are just cheap, I only spent more or less $10 (Oh, I have one more element pack, not included in the pic)

After his bath. An Anne Geddes-wannabe shot. ;D

.:Brushes.:
Recently discovered a site that offers free Photoshop brushes. The site is GetBrushes. I read about it in this blog. The site has nice brushes. I got the swirls I used on my layouts above from this site.

Photo taken a year ago. It took me forever to finish this layout.
