Electronic Pickpocketing.
…criminals can steal your credit card, debit card, passport and other valuable information without even touching your wallet or purse. This crime is referred to as “electronic pickpocketing”. The technology used to perform this type of theft is called radio frequency identification or “RFID”.
This is just scary, don’t you agree? Your valuables aren’t so secure anymore as thieves find more ways, creative and quite advanced at that, to steal. Good thing there are companies that come up with ways to fight such crimes. One way to avoid electronic pickpocketing is by using a rfid blocking wallet. It’s quite affordable, too. So yes, I am getting one as well.

First Time.
I took pictures “professionally” {meaning I got paid! yay for that.}, a few weeks ago. I was quite surprised too when a friend texted me about it. I said yes of course though I wasn’t really confident with my skills. I may have a little eye for it, but I lack technical skills, hence the lack of confidence. But since it was just a photoshoot and not an actual event, I thought that I would have the time to check on my settings. Unlike with actual events that you need to think fast and do the adjustments quickly or the moment will pass. Plus I had DH and good friend L with me. There was really nothing much to worry about.
I did enjoy it and will surely be doing it again in the future. Right now I am wishing for a new gear. I will need several months though to save for it. The Energy speakers that DH has been eyeing has to be pushed at the back of the list.

Lunar Eclipse Tonight.
The longest total lunar eclipse since July 2000 will occur on Wednesday (June 15), with skywatchers in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia in prime position to witness the moon treat.
According to the news, we can view the eclipse at around 1:20 something in the morning until about 5 in the morning. This can be viewed with the naked eye, no bushnell binoculars or any special gadget needed. However, if you want a bigger picture you can go to Mall of Asia. They have gadgets set up in there to get a closer view of the moon, If only it is not a school night I would have loved to bring my son there.
